These practice sessions are to help you get use to running the system and help identify any issues without waiting too long for it to run. Once you are happy all is good further down you will see 96 15 min sessions.

Even if the referral does not complete the mining session you will still be credited for the proportion of the time they spent mining.

Yoonla: Your Ticket To The Digital Lifestyle?

Whilst on my quest for online money making systems I stumbled across a post on Facebook for Yoonla. Whilst it had the standard marketing hype as you would expect there was an element of professionalism. A clean crisp Brand which was appealing and makes you think this isn’t something that’s been knocked together to make a fast buck.

Before I give a full run down of the Yoonla system and my experience to date I would like to point out that Yoonla is Not a Scam. It is a fully legit CPA system which can clearly generate you an income.

>> CLICK HERE TO GO STRAIGHT TO YOONLA <<

Yoonla was created by an internet marketer named Reno Van Boven at the back end of 2016 and has been growing rapidly throughout 2017.

What Is Yoonla?

Yoonla is a CPA (cost-per-action) platform which focuses on building up a sales funnel and getting leads to signup. For each lead that signs up you get paid between $2 – $4. They just need to sign up and don’t have to purchase anything. If they decide to opt for VIP membership then you also get further commissions which are approx. $30.

The Yoonla platform is ideal for anyone starting out in affiliate marketing. It offers full training from setting up landing pages, building offers, creating your email autoresponder and even how to generate traffic to get leads straight away.

The Yoonla platform including the training videos is 100% FREE!

All training videos have been created and presented by founder Reno Van Boven and are extremely well paced no matter what your level of expertise.

Yoonla BannerHow Can Yoonla Be Free?

With the system being totally free for life you are probably curious to how Yoonla (and Reno) makes any money. The simple answer is through commissions of the tools you require.

If you are already an experienced marketer then you will already have hosting, domains and email autoresponders. But if your not and you are new then Reno has links to these tools and of course will make a commission for each person he recommends.

You don’t need to use the tools and can even use alternatives and still receive the fully video training and extras provide with Yoonla membership.

In order to get maximum benefit you are better off following the training videos using the tools recommended, that way you can get support from the Yoonla team.

So it’s a win win for all, as you need the tools and would have to purchase them any way and rather than charging a membership fee like many other sites the costs and profits are made through commissions saving you money right from the get go.

With Yoonla, you’ll earn commissions when the user signs up and activates with just a name and email address. You just need to give away the high quality training, which is provide for free. It’s easier to earn commission in Yoonla than in any other programs out there. No need to sell to earn commission with this.

YOONLA IS LEGIT?

When you upgrade to VIP Yoonla Membership, you get access to more training about digital marketing and you’ll be added to the exclusive Facebook VIP group of Yoonla. You’ll meet a lot of successful members there and ask for support anytime. You’ll also get to know the other members who are successful in promoting Yoonla.

Newbies can generate commissions easily. Even if the free leads don’t convert to VIP, you still get commissions of $2-$4 when they activate their free Yoonla account. But it’s better if you help those leads upgrade to VIP so that they can earn as well and you’ll earn Yoonla VIP bonus commission of $15 on 1st tier and $10 2nd tier.

YOONLA IS PAYING
Yoonla will pay you as long as you’re not doing something that’s against the rules e.g. buying referrals or leads. It’s ok to buy solo ads but don’t pay people to signup or don’t misrepresent the company. Just don’t violate the simple rules and you’ll be fine.

Note: For the CPA leads campaign, any leads/referrals generated from the following countries attract the higher commission rate:

United Kingdom
United States
Australia
Canada
Ireland
New Zealand

Non-commissionable countries for CPA lead referrals: (If you’re lead originates from these countries, you won’t get the commission for free leads but if they decide to avail the custom setup, you’ll earn $15 1st tier and $10 2nd tier.

India
Niger
Uganda
Zambia
Nigeria
Pakistan
Zimbabwe
Vietnam

WHAT’S INSIDE THE YOONLA FREE FOUNDATION MEMBERSHIP?
At first I had many concerns with promoting yoonla, this is because I’ve never seen another program that pay you commission for an easy free signup and free activation of account.

The reason why I love yoonla so much is purely down to the fact that they offer high quality training (videos, eBooks) that can be accessed for free. There is step by step training on how to use third party tools to build your list. It covers traffic, how to setup automated tools for your online business, and a lot more. They also give you a download folder that contains eBooks (twitter, YouTube, email) training and email swipes to get you started free to download at anytime.

They do offer a free custom setup and there is no membership fee. All you need to do is buy the basic tools such as hosting and get response every online marketer has these its essential.

So what’s free? The yoonla digital lifestyle membership is free you will have access to the training and digital products like discussed above. However to make money with yoonla CPA Affiliate Program you will be required to upgrade to the VIP membership by purchasing the web hosting and Get Response. Once you have purchased these two tools the yoonla team will set up the products onto your web hosting and also set up your get response email campaign (at no charge)

It takes out the hassle of learning how to create a capture page, build a list and how to monetise. Everything is structured out well and easy to find. It is perfect for newbies and also advanced online marketers. I know that it will help people kick-start the digital marketing lifestyle in the right way.

Yoonla is still in phase one so there is a lot of scope for growth. Phase one involves the blueprint for building your digital lifestyle foundation.

What is the method of pay?

Yoonla is very straight forward with the payment process. Payments are made via PayPal and fees (under 3% will apply) Alternative payment methods will be available soon.

All of the leads that you generate will be confirmed before they will be applied as “approved leads”. Leads will be “declined” if the system determines that they are duplicated, unsubscribed, cancelled and of course bogus/ fake leads. This process starts on the 15th of each month until the 22nd.

Payments for approved leads will be processed around the 22nd to the 28th of each month. If the date falls on a weekend the payments will be processed on the next working business day.

For example if you have generated enough approved leads in September, you will receive your payment around the 24th – 28th of October (the 22nd falls on a Sunday).

This is a monthly payment and you will not receive instant payment like some other companies out there.

1dollartasks is a scam site. So in the quest for making money online you will come across an array of websites such as this. In some cases they can look and feel a lot more convincing. I have decided to check out some of these sites and to see if they are genuine or legit and provide some solid facts to help people avoid falling into the trap and wasting time, or worst money with this type of site.

I came across the site after seeing a post on Facebook.

I was curious at first about the prospect of earning a few extra pennies with this site. What was more enticing is they give you $10 just for signing up.

The site claims to be a PTC site offering financial rewards for completing tasks. These tasks include completing surveys or downloading phone apps. You can also receive rewards for promoting the site such as posting on Facebook. They provide you with banners and an affiliate link. If you take a screen shot of the post and upload it you receive $0.50 and for each person you refer you earn $1.

They claim the minimum withdrawal amount is $80 which can be paid to Paypal or Payza. Payment is apparently made on the 20th of each month. It is fairly easy to get it to the minimum requirement, however you will never see the money as they just don’t payout.

1dollartasks scam

As you can see from the screen shot of my account I have over $150 and its been like this for some months now and I have not received any payment.

After the 20th of the month past I decided to contact support and the so called dedicated account manager. Incidentally, Emelie is a very dedicated account manager as she is not only the account manager for everyone that signs up to the site but is also been seen on many other websites undertaking a variety of rolls.

A quick google search of the so called Emelie brings up a whole load of different sites with her image. These sites even include Huffington Post. It doesn’t take much to realise that the image is a stock image available from Getty Image.

Emelie Dedicated Account Manager 1Dollartasks

As for my emails to support I still to this day have had no response.

Here is a video I found on Youtube regarding the 1dollartasks scam. Credit to the Youtuber and I have no connection with this person.

Please feel free to comment below your experiences with this site or even other similar sites. I will be looking to review other sites over the coming months and posting on which are legit and which are not.

Over the past decade there has been a steady fall in high street shopping which has been felt by both large chains and small independents. The initial uncertainty was put down to the financial crisis around 2007 / 2008 which led to the credit crunch with many speculating that things would improve.

However a decade on and the decline in high street shopping has continued with the likelihood of recovery being slim. Whilst many continue to speculate over the cause of the decline it appears that it’s all due to a culmination of factors which have coincided with the impact of the financial crisis a decade ago.

It is clear to see that the footfall present on our high streets is significantly lower than it was 20 years ago. The most affected businesses are those in the retail sector, with the sale of products opposed to services finding the current times the most challenging.

The increase in online shopping

Many believe the major factor causing the decline of people shopping on the high street is the rise in online shopping. Clearly in the past decade technology has improved significantly to enable easy and convenient shopping not just from the comfort of your own home but also whilst on the move. Many companies have embraced this technology with companies such as Amazon offering significant advantages over shopping in town. With the majority of mobile phones now being smart phones allowing continuous internet access through 4G and WiFi hotspots shoppers are able to make a purchase quicker than it takes to travel to the shop.

Having hundreds if not thousands of different websites selling the products you want gives way to increase in choice as well as the ability to purchase at a much lower price. Local independent retailers would struggle to maintain such large amounts of stock.

In the past the high street retailers would have the advantage of the products being available that day, however as delivery times and prices fall and most online retailers offering next day delivery the gap narrows on this advantage.

High street shop overheads

Possibly one of the most crippling factors of any high street shop is the overhead costs. If renting a premise then most landlords demand hefty rates and unsurprisingly these rates have not declined in line with the footfall traffic present. As landlords slowly struggle to fill shop space they will begin to find that their investment is not paying off as planned and will likely increase rents to compensate the lack of demand.

Its not just the rental costs, its also business rates, utility costs such as water and electric and general running costs including staff. Whilst an online retailer may have similar outgoings these can be significantly less than those of someone on the high street.

Changes to social and community behavior

An underlining factor to how we shop goes hand in hand with our social behaviour. The improvements in technology has increased in our reliance of it, with it now being socially acceptable to stand in a room whilst staring at a screen opposed to engaging in conversation. As we detract from human interaction we become desensitised to the social element of shopping. It therefore becomes a chore to travel to a shop or number of shops and the convenience of tapping on a phone then seriously out ways going to a physical shop.

In many local communities the high street used to be the hub of the community, however with most people now working longer hours and then wanting to spend what ever time they have with their family, less time is available to spend in town and subsequently contributing towards the local community. With budgets being squeezed local councillors struggle to maintain services and provide solutions in particular to the demise of the high streets. Trying to find a one size fits all solution is futile as the issues are seemingly multilayered, with the most difficult challenge in being changing social factors and community perception which is intangible.

The Future of the High Street

We can of course only speculate on the future of the high street, however it can already been seen that the businesses that are likely to survive are those that offer a service which is difficult to replicate online such as coffee shops and hair dressers. Whilst off licences and bookmakers still appear on the high streets, it’s possible that over time online providers will take the market.

Clothing retailers will continue to decline to a few specialist outlets and the large malls. Some independent retailers of specialised niches will continue in selected areas until the overheads out way the revenue.

What’s your thoughts on high street shopping? Feel free to leave a comment below.

This is the second part of creating your website using WordPress. In the first article we went through how to setup the hosting, domain nameservers and where to obtain the baseline WordPress files. We then finished on uploading the required files from your local PC to the web server using a FTP program, in this instance is FileZilla.

Once the files have been uploaded the right hand window should look a little like in the image below. Take note that the wp-admin, wp-content and wp-includes folders are at the root level. All the wordpress files and folders are not in a folder but at / level. If you uploaded them within a folder for example /wordpress, then your website url will become www.mywebsite.com/Wordpress. If this is the case you may want to move them out of that folder and put them into root /.

Wordpress Files

WordPress Online Setup and Database Connection

Wordpress Setup Page 1

Now the files are loaded you need to open your web browser either Firefox, Internet explorer or Chrome and enter your websites address into the address bar.

If all has gone well then you should be presented with a WordPress page asking you to select a language.

Once you have selected a language and clicked Continue you will see a Welcome page giving information required to setup the database and connection to it.

For this bit you will need to go to the files on your local PC and find the one called wp-config-sample.php. Right click on this and rename to wp-config.php. Right click again and open with notepad.

wp config settings

Once you made the changes click save and upload to the root on your server using the FTP software. Once uploaded go back to the web browser and click Lets Go!.

Now enter your Database Name, Username and Password. Leave the database host and table prefix as is and click Submit.

If the automatic database connection fails and you receive an error you will have to manually create a database. If using Cpanel this is straight forward. Simply navigate to MySQL Databases. Enter the name of your database which needs to be same as the details in wp-config.php. If there is a prefix (database1_yourchosenname) then you will need to amend the wp-config.php file to match, save and re-upload.

Then scroll down to MySQL Users and add a user (again needs to match wp-config.php details) and password. Click create user. Final bit is to add user to database. Scroll down and click Add. Click All privileges and make changes.

Now refresh your website and you should now be able to proceed with the install. You will now see the default theme by going to http://www.yourwebsite.co.uk. You can also log into your admin dashboard panel by going to http://www.yourwebsite.co.uk/wp-login.php.

You have now successfully setup the WordPress Framework for your website. The next step is to customise it to your needs. If you have any difficulties with the installation a good hosting company should be able to provide support and help get you sorted. You can also post a question below in the comments.

In the next part we will look at customising your Website with themes and plugins.

If you are starting a business or have an existing business then having a website is a must. You could be loosing out on tons of potential customers who are seeking your products or services. If you have little to no experience in creating a website then this can be challenging and leave seeking out a web designer to do the work for you. This step by step guide on creating a website for beginners can help.

Before you pay someone else to do the work its worth looking into doing it your self and saving some money. You may also be tempted to buy a cheap template site. There are many easy web builder sites out there which can be purchased for very little money however be advised these sites rarely perform well and in my opinion should be avoided.

My recommendation for any new business would be to use WordPress. WordPress was originally a blog platform however over the years has become a diverse platform able to be used for pretty much most website designs. If you are looking to sell products then you can plug in Woocommerce into WordPress to create an ecommerce webstore. The beauty of WordPress is that the platform is FREE! Whilst some of the plugins may cost the majority are also FREE!

What you need to get started

Before you build your website you will need to obtain a few things:

  1. Domain Name. You will need to decide on a domain name e.g myfunkywebsite.co.uk or ideally the name of your business. In my experience the best place for domain names is Godaddy. If you are in the UK then ideally you want a domain extention .co.uk however you could always opt for a .com. There is also now available a .uk which you will see this site uses. Costs can very and Godaddy do often run deals but as a rule of thumb you are looking at about £10 / year.
  2. Hosting. You will need somewhere to host your website files. Once your domain is linked to your hosting (Click here for Hosting) it will direct people to the files where they will be able to view your website. This will become clearer later on when you upload your files. For a WordPress site your looking at about £5 / month. Go to cheap and you could run into problems.
  3. FTP Software. File Transfer Protocol Software allows you to upload your files to your hosting account. There are other software and other methods but this is pretty much the easiest way. You can use FileZilla which is FREE! (Click on Download FileZilla Client)
  4. WordPress. You will need to Download the latest WordPress Files from their website to your PC.
  5. Coffee. Grab your self a nice cup of coffee. If this is the first website you have built then take your time and don’t rush things and all should go smoothly.

Creating a Website

Setting up your Domain and Hosting

First of all you will need to change the nameservers in Godaddy. This will point your chosen domain name to your Host Account Servers. You will need the nameserver details which should of been provided by the hosting company when you purchased hosting and should look something like ns1.thehostcompany.com and ns2.thehostcompany.com. If not contact your host company and ask for the nameservers. Once you have these head on over to Godaddy and sign into your account. You should see your chosen domain name. To the right of the domain name should be a button labelled DNS, click on this. Now under nameservers click the Change button. Enter the custom nameservers your hosting provider gave you and click Save. It can take up to 24 hours to update. You can check this by typing your web address directly into a web browser. If it does not load then may not have resolved yet.

Set up FTP Access to upload files

Depending on your Hosting you are either likely to have cPanel access or Plesk. Your hosting provider should provide you with log on details to your host account admin panel. Once logged in you will need to navigate to FTP and create an FTP account. It should be fairly intuiative however you can always get your hosting provider to assist with this. You will need the FTP address (Host), User name and Password. These can then be used with Filezilla to upload the WordPress files.

When you open up FileZilla the key areas to note are where you enter your details to connect to you  hosting account, the left hand pane which is your local PC side (where your source files are located) and the right hand side which is the server side (where you will be uploading too).

FileZilla Screen Shot

One connected to your hosting the right hand window will display current contents. Navigate to the root directory /.

In left hand window navigate to where you downloaded your WordPress files. WordPress can be uploaded a couple of ways. Either complete as a compressed file or unzipped locally and each file individually uploaded. Which ever you decide simply drag and drop from left window to right.

Once all the files have uploaded you will need to setup your database and configure wordpress which we will cover in How to create a website for beginners Part 2. Feel free to comment below if you have an questions or subscribe to our newsletter.

One of the biggest challenges faced by website owners is getting people to your website AKA Traffic. If your an online business then this is very much like having a shop on the high street and getting footfall and people to visit your store. So as you can appreciate there are a number of ways to do this. As an online business you can not ignore online marketing.

Back in the early days of the web you really only needed a half decent website, some reasonable content and a ton of links pointing to your site and you would rank highly in search engines and thus provide you with the valuable traffic you need. As time has gone on search engines have evolved and it has now become much more difficult to rank a website easily without some kind of uniqueness and an online marketing strategy. So now content is is important and content is as they say is king.

The idea behind content marketing is that content is published that is useful to the reader. The problem is that this has lead to a rise in what I like to call ‘talk-around’ content. This is particularly noticeable when you search for terms like rank number 1 in google or how to increase traffic to your site. You find yourself drawn in by promises of answers to those all in important questions and by then end of the article you feel no more the wiser. Almost like a rehashed political speech.

At present google rewards a ranking boost to good content which has perceived value to the user. Notice the perceived part. Its all about the perception and making the search engines think you are the guru of the subject you are writing about. This is frustrating and after years of reading many articles particularly on online marketing and search engine optimisation can leave you feeling duped. Fore this reason I have named it ‘Talk-Around’ Content.

Examples of ‘Talk-Around’ Content

This first few paragraphs will probably give an introduction and explain why you need to do and provide a bit of background which is fine. It puts the reader at ease they are in the right place yet still no answers to the questions you seek.

It bit further into the article your now approaching the point where your hoping to find the gold and in many cases ive seen there has been 3 – 10 points on how to achieve your goal. For the purpose of this article I will provide 3 and hopefully you will start to see the trend.

  1. Bring your A Game – If you want to rank 1, get more traffic, [insert own goal here] then you need to be on top form. There is no point releasing an article that is not written to the best of your ability. Make sure you are 100 percent committed to giving your best.
  2. Content is king – providing the user with the best possible experience is what Google is after and this is how you will achieve great rankings. [I am not going to fluff this out any more than is].
  3. Make your content compelling – Make users want to read your content by making it interesting. [insert more fluff].

As you can see above the points could be perceived as useful but in reality its no better than spun content. If you want to learn how to rank highly your almost better off reading today’s horoscope. For some interesting articles then check out Neil Patel’s site and whilst he doesn’t always provide the full answers your looking for the content is interesting.

Next time your searching for information and answers bare in mind talk around content. Do a quick scan through the article to see what its main points are before committing your time to read it.

I hope this has been interesting and even a little bit useful.

You may have heard of people making good money with selling products online. You may have thought this is something you would like to do. Maybe the thought of giving up your current day job and having your own home grown business is something that appeals. Well before I go any further let me tell you some truths about doing this. First off if you are expecting to put a website up online and suddenly start selling tons of products then think again. Ecommerce businesses take months if not years to establish (unless you have a large start-up capital that it).

The Easy Part

Believe it or not, the easy part of setting up an ecommerce website is the easy part. Building it, hosting it and setting it all up can be time consuming but as a whole is relatively easy. If you are using something like WordPress with Woocommerce you could be setup within a day or two, and at very little cost. Sourcing products to sell on the site is also very easy these days, and with a few simple searches you will have a whole host of suppliers in no time. Also finding graphics and artwork, learning to create your own again, is very straight forward.

The Hard Part

Once your ready to go, you have your website and products to sell and every other little element setup like how your going to get paid and deal with shipping comes the challenging part. How are you going to get people to your website? Unless you’re a marketing guru this can either be extremely difficult or very expensive. There are now more ways to drive traffic to a website than ever before with the rise of social media, but getting your message in front of the right people and getting them to buy is where the challenge lays, not to mention the competition. Don’t be fooled into thinking that your website will rank highly in Google for any given keywords just because you put it online and submitted Google. Also don’t be tricked into spending tons of money on ad clicks from Google Adwords or Facebook and expect to get sales. You need a strategy.

Before you start

It’s easy to get online (relatively), yet tough to actually make good money and of course all these things take time. So, before you ditch your current job to pursue your own business online it’s best to have a plan or strategy. Many corporate types will call this a business plan, but basically you just need a way to get from point A to point B doing it as cheaply as possible and maximising your profits.  Whilst this is possibly nothing new and probably mentioned on many a blog or article about starting a business there is one thing I would add even before making a plan. That is Passion. You must be passionate about what you plan to do. Not just making money but the product or the business as a whole. If you’re going to sell mobile phones online then you have to be passionate about mobile phones. If you are passionate about your product the marketing will be so much easier and you will be able to visualise what your buyers want, also create the demand. If you are just out to make money then you will struggle as unfortunate as it way sound making money is actually a bi-product of fulfilling the demand. So if your sitting thinking how can I make money online your need to re-think your strategy to not how can I make money online but how can I fulfil (or even create) the demand.

If your looking to save money you don’t need to look far. There are many articles online with Money Saving Life Hacks on how to save on everyday items.

There are also programs on Television showing how couples can significantly reduce their weekly shop. You will also be able to save money on luxury items.

This is all good and well but from experience, when you see a great tip you soon forget or just fail to implement. The first thing to do is get organised and get a notepad and pen. You could also use an electronic notepad on your computer or phone.

Money Saving Life Hacks

You should now be armed and ready to start taking note. The following Money Saving Life Hacks you will hopefully find helpful.
brand vs non brand toilet roll
First off i am going to talk about the weekly shop and ways to save with compromising on quality. Brand names can sometimes be good but at other times can be misleading.

Most people will take comfort in brands as being quality over the lesser unbranded or supermarket own brand products. However this sometimes is just not true.

When it comes to some products why pay more for the same thing or something which will unlikely enhance your life. For example toilet roll – you wipe your butt with it and flush it down the toilet! so why pay more than you need to?

It maybe that some feeler softer, have extra ply or even have added aloe vera oils. But you need to consider if these are just gimmicks. Along with this you will find household cleaning products can also drastically vary in price.

Luxury for Less

Saving money doesn’t always mean you cant have nice things, but its all about being smart about how and where you purchase items.

For furniture rather than buying cheap which may not last and become more costly in the long run you could consider second hand items.

There are a lot of opportunities to purchase like new and nearly new items for a fraction of their original price saving money and getting you what you want.

Places to look for second hand items are eBay, Gumtree and also Facebook market place, however you could also try your local second hand furniture dealers where you could end up finding a solid piece of furniture which costs £800 only costing you £200.

Furniture is not the only thing you can get at heavily reduced prices second hand. You can also get designer branded clothing. Also check the description for state of repair. In many cases you will find people have bought clothes and never worn them. Or they have only worn them for a very brief time.
